Prayer request: I have taken afriend into my home because he had no where to turn. He has cancerand several strokes has left him pretty much blind. I put a cot up in my very small front room an I am getting very clostophobic as there is no where to go to be alone. I can’t go anywhere an he is constantly wanting hugs. He’s been here almost 41/2 mo. My landlady is getting upset with me. My name is Bobi & Sam is my friend.I am a christian and he has asked Jesus to be his saviour.Thank you

Prayer request: I recently requested prayer for Phillip and come again to request further persitence in this prayer. Can you pray for my close friend Phillip and his business rent-a-handyman. Phillip has recently joined a small christian fellowship group and is thinking of going on Alpha. But we feel he is coming under abit of spiritual attack through his business and his finances. He has also been really tired and irritable recently and needs prayer cover. We are praying but feel he needs extra help  
to protect his business and bring work in for him. He works hard and is kind to customers charging fair rates. Please help with extra prayer in the coming weeks. M

He Says: 
It is critical that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and the Iraqi government work aggressively to broker a political settlement among Shiites, Kurds, and Sunnis that ends the violence. Though the United States can help improve Iraqs short-term security situation with additional military personnel, in the end, it is up to the Iraqis to determine the success of their democracy.

Pray that the Iraqi forces will be properly trained by the US forces so that they will be strong enough to take care of their country. Pray for God to cause this to happen quickly and successfully, and for the Iraqi people to have a heart to do this. 
 
As for Iraq, pray for the Lord to bring Victory in this War, and defeat to the terrorists, even in the face of seeming defeat, through a Miracle of His Hand, and His Power. Nothing is too hard for Him!!! 
 
Note: Also, pray for every Military Serviceman fighting for freedom in Iraq. For their protection from harm. That miracles or protection for all of our troops over there. (Including the ones involved in the Troop Surge, 2 groups arriving now, and 3 more in March, April, and May)
